ARCServe v9 Job Deleted

Hi All,

I've just installed Brightstor ARCServe v9 on a W2K server and installed the agents that came on the disk on a few other servers we have (mixture of RedHat Linux 9 and W2K servers).

What I'm finding is that after the backup job is complete, the job is being deleted from the job status screen. The backup job has been set to be a recurring backup on week days. Has anyone else seen this problem?

Have not heard of the problem.

Put the Job Engine in debug mode (see faq478-4383) and then check the activity log next time it happens.

By default, a RUN ONCE job only sits in the queue for 24 hours before being deleted. This can be changed in the SERVER ADMIN tool, for a maximum of 999 hours.

A scheduled or rotation job should not be getting automatically deleted.
