Did we do the right selection when we purchased Arcserve?
Till when we are going to live the daily problems & bugs?

Is there any Backup software without those endless loop of errors & problem?

Do you think is it better to go for another backup product?

Please put your comments?

Different backup products have different strengths and weaknesses. Some are more feature-rich and support many platforms, some are not as feature-rich and support relatively few platforms. Some have good support, some have poor support. Some are expensive, some are cheap. Some are complex and require real experience and knowledge, some are simple in comparison..

So what i'm trying to say here is that it depends. It depends on what your needs are. Since you didn't specify, I wouldn't expect any useful answers. You need to define your environment, needs, gripes, and experiences in as much detail as possible if you want a real recommendation.
