Arcserve r12 waiting for target

Yesterday, I edited 2 of my backup jobs to take out the registry from being backed up. Today when I got in, all of my 4 backup jobs were waiting for target. I rebooted the server and tried starting one of the backups and it still says the same thing.

Check the status of the tape device and tapes.
