Arcserve Problems

hello all,

I have backed up a lot of data from my servers; I know it backs up date because I check the logs. but when restoring, I'm unable to see the files that I have backed up. Therefore; I can't restore anything that I have backed up.

any ideas? any suggestions will be appreciated.
I'm running Arcserve 2000 on Windows 2000.

HI,

Looks like the CAT Files haven't been merged into the DB
properly...

merge the tape back into the DB and check the restore manager...

I had a similar problem, but it was with Netware! I did another restore without the trustees rights and it worked for me.. Can't hurt to try!
