ArcServe print or email activity log

Where do you set up printing or emailing activity log? Is it set up using a bat file in Pre/post options?? Win2000 environment. Have done this in Novell env.

On the Bacckup options... you have the alert otption...

You can configure a trouble ticket - printing
or email alert.

I want to get email notification after backup completely.
bue when i have set the mail alert option,it isn't work.
I don't know why.

Do you have a detail readme for me?
