I am running arcserve v11.1. I had a lot of problems after I changed my administrator password for the domain but most of them have been solved with the help of the generous people sharing information on this forum.
However, now there is nothing appearing in the job status tab.
Job detail appears: job detail not available
Job log appears: job log not available.
I have tried renaming the log folder and re-creating it but this has not worked.
Can somebody please help?
