We are running Arcserve r15 and after every backup has completed we get 2 errors in the arcserve logs about our Exchange server.
The error we are getting is:
E12586 This VSS writer has reported a failure on a freeze event.
After doing some research Arcserve docs suggest to turn off the hyper v writer under global options. However I cannot find the global options in Arcserve. Can someone please advise where to find this option?
