Arcserve Echange agent error ec=1385

I am trying to backup my new Echange 2003 Information Store. I have the Backup agent, open files agent and the Echange agent loaded on the server. I am using Brightstor Arcserve V9.0 and I'm getting the following error:

EC=1385 EC=Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer.

I am using the domain administrator to connect to this machine. I can backup the entire server except for the information store. Thanks.

Try using the same account that was used for the installation of the agent.

Install the updates for BAB 9.0.
