Currently I am running ARCServe 2000 on my backup server to backup my Exchange 5.5 loaded on Windows 2K server. I performed a successful backup (Microsoft Exchange Server) on EmailServerA and got no error during the backup. However when I tried to restore the backup to testserver I got E8562 and E8563 on ARCServe 2K activity logs.
These are the errors:
E8562 – Failed to receive data from database agent. (EC:10054)
E8563 - ………… send ………..to …………………………….
I am running ARCServe Exchange Agent on both Exchange server and backup server. Also I applied the SP4 for both the email and backup server.
