I have already read through the CA Support article: Threads related to this issue do not indicate successful solutions.
RE: "E3392 Backup server TCP reconnection timeout. (AGENT=<IP> (Server Name), Network Error=0x274c"
I currently have E3392 TCP timout errors with 3 different codes (0x2746, 0x274c & 0x9).
These errors are sometimes inconsistent and sometimes occurring on the same session (I have both scenarios).
* AntiVirus does not scan at the specific time.
* Client versions are all 11.1 SP2.
* Specifying IP address, nor priority in client does not fix.
We are in process of swapping NIC cards, but there are org. hurdles to do this. In the mean time, has anyone successfully fixed these errors?
