Arcserve backup exchange agent license expired

Hi All,

Backup exec 2000 for Windows Server.

I re-installed backup exec and I first used the evaluation version but realised that I had done it and re-installed using the key. However, its now saying that the agent has expired. But when I look in the licensing, backup agent is there with "licensed" status.

Can anybody tell me what is going on?
