ArcServe 9 + Netware 6 Failed Host Adapter

New NW6 server, SP3
Installed Arcserve 9.0 + SAN option (have ADIC tape library on Xiotech SAN - thru Fibre).
Load astart on NW6 server and get the following:
EA000: Failed Host Adapter Initialization
Cheyfcbd.nlm reported a critical error. No more modules will be loaded.
Cheyfcbd.nlm SCSI board driver has been unloaded.
Then I hit enter as prompted and see the Arcserve sreen and it shows "No valid adapters found . . . unloading"
Any help appreciated. Have spent many hours on tech support with CA. They are NO help!
Can't find any updates to the Arcserve 9 software - no
patches that I can find.

I don't know the answer. I have suffered with ArcServe for about three years, however.

There is a Yahoo group. I believe it's <arcserve@yahoogroups.com>.
