Arcserve 9.01 Error E3125

Hi Guys-
I Arcserve 9.01 Patch 1 running on Netware 6.5 SP2. Whenever I run a full backup, the error below is reported on 21 different files:
E3125 Failed to read VOL1:\DATA\ACCTG\COMMON\UPLOAD\R3\DRHE0309.PRN's data set, fffdffc6.
The files are being logged as open files. I don't know how that is possible since backups are scheduled to run when all users have logout and left the building.

Any ideas
 
Same problem here. I believe they started when I upgraded Novell 6.5 to sp2.
The error does not appear every time I back up, but after 2 or 3 days. I have to fully restart the server to get the job-queue empty.

I don't think it has anything to do with open files though, because sometimes after a failed backup-job I run a job during day time, and Brightstor handles open files just as it is supposed to. Imho the problem is somewhere in SP2....
