ArcServe 9.0 and 11.0 Crashing 1

Hi, I have two servers running two versions of ArcServe. One is at 9.0 and one is at 11.0. They have both starting crashing on the backup on Monday. I get a status of "crashed" but no other error messages, not in Arcserve and not in Event Viewer so I have no idea what is causing this problem. I did have the error message "can't create or open document" after IE 7 install but I've fixed that problem. Could this be IE7 related also? Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I've tested it and tested it, if it's a small backup (less than 500MB) it'll back up but once you get into anything bigger, it crashes. I've ran virus check and Spybot on both servers and they are clean. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Solution:
1. Shut down BAB GUI.
2. Rename psapi.dll located in c:\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve Backu
p to psapi.dll.org.
3. Start up BAB GUI.
