Arcserve 7.0

I am currently using Arcserve 7.0 Build 218 on a Netware 5.1 server. I am also backing up some 5.0 servers.
Backups seem to run fine. I get no error messages at all about missed files. When I go to restore from a session and go to the server and directory I need to restore from. The files are not there. They all seem to have the same extensions on them. All the other file are there though.
I than try to restore from query. The Query finds the file I am looking for. When I go to restore from the query I get the following error."Failed to package job information source. Please verify that the database engine is running is active." I have verified this and the database engine is active. I have posted this a couple weeks ago. No Response please help.....

I am now working with a Novell 3.12 server which I have ArcServe 6.1 installed on it. I am adding a NT 4.0 server to our network and would like to back it up from my Novell server. Will I be able to do this using what I have? If not what do I need to do?
