As soon as I submit the backup job the job engine stops and I have to delete the job queue in the c:/Arcserve directory to re-submit a job. It also then gives me an error in the job log, i.e. "there is a license conflict between ArcserveIT and Small Business Server. Apply additional license packs W1310. All the agents and components are licensed according to what I can see in RegIT.
