ArcServe 6.5 1

I have installed external Dell Powervault 120T Autoloader and the ArcServe software reconsise the drive, but when I try to do the inventory it gives me error that device is offline.
Also do you require any addtitional software or not and if so where can I obtain it from.

The ArcServe is 6.5 with build 622
These are patches applied before installing the AutoLoader:
ENC2, LO45689, LO45690, LO47027, CHANGER AND NT0326.EXE

Run device configuration and mark it online....

If its still fails delete the Tape engine key from the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / cheyenne/arcserve / base... DatabaseBaba...
