Very stupid question!

I believe somewhere on our Windows 2000 a username may have lost rights but can't seem to figure it out.

Just have Arcserve 2000/SP2 installed on a Windows 2000 stand alone server with SP2.

Arcserve can connect to the database with local and domain administrator. Trying to start a backup we get a ec=5 error about access rights.

We will enter the administrator and domain administrator with the right password and still get this error message.

Can someone help?
