ARCserve 2000 cannot creat backup job log files.

I have used ARCserve 2000 to backup my data, three days ago,it is normal, but in these days, I cannot find the bakcup log files in ARCserve\log folder. and ARCserve active log didn't report errors for this action. Because i write the tape journals every day,if the backup job log missing, I cannot record the journals and cannot find the backup processing details for the machine.

Can you help me to solute it?
