Arcserve 2000 & BAOF

Hello,
I have an Arcserve 2000 with BAOF. I also installed BAOF agent on the remote server. When i am running backups it still skips open files on that remote server with error:
Unable to read file EC=Lock Violation. Any ideas? Is there anything i need configure.
