ARCServe 12 & Exchange agent connection problem

I have Arcserve 12 Build 5454.

I am attempting to backup the Exchange Information store from an Exchange 2000 Server.

I have successfully ran the Client agent admin.

It's not backing up, and I get the following in the log:

Well according to the log the Exchange database is either down or unavailable to the Exchange DB Agent. Check the agent log for details.

Data: 1
