arcserve 11 convert database to sql

Hi I am running dbtosql.exe on a 21.6GB Arcserve 11 database. It has been running since 6pm yesterday and has moved very slowly. It also appears to be restarting once it makes it to 15 to 20% it starts back over. Is this normal for a Arcserve database conversion? How long has this typically taken for some of you and how big was your database? Thanks for any feedback on this.

Never tried it with a database that large. I've run the utilities on databases over a gig and it took more than a day.
