When Backing up to the Snap Server with Arcserve I get intermitant results. The job bombs out and stops. When I do backups with NT it works everytime. Anyone know if the problem is with the snap or arcserve?

Arcserve 11.5 SP1 with Snap Server 520

SNAP has never been certified AFAIK with ARCserve for Windows, and IIRC configurations I have seen previously with this seem to suffer from poor comms/SMB handling on the SNAP server, but it has been a long time since I looked at a SNAP server.

I was wondering if there is a fix for either or is there a patch yo apply because I have 4 locations using the same equipment and all are having this same issue. Alot of money to replace all of them.
