ArcServe 11.5. Progress Bar in Job Status remain at 100%!!!

Hi Guys,
I have some problem with a backup status, in ArcServe.
During the night the backup start normally, but after 6 o 7 hours it still remain at 100% in status bar(backup in progress)...
In Description Log doesn't appear an error or somenthing wrong ?
Do you have some ideas ??

What is the status on the job (backup, verify, etc.)? If you are running a verify, what do you have it set at? It could be that your verifying the tape to disk....which could take a considerable amount of time.
 
Hi, first thanks for the replay...

The job stays on "backup"...

I read on old thread that if I remove "old cat files" I can solve my problem...
For the moment i haven't yet try this solution...do you have other idea to try also this ?

Make sure no jobs are running and then try the following.

good chance it is related to something in the temp directory.
any files with tmp extension can be deleted. If there are remaining cat files then run mergecat to manually merge them in. If that does not work then try deleting the oldest and then running mergecat again, unless you don't care about merging in the old files in which case just delete them all.
