Arcserv license error code 1

Hi, All
Some time the simplest thing can frustrate an admins life Now can some one tell me why would CA hide or burried this document, it seems very ironic that CA has spent a lot of time developing their licensing tool but no where in their help file they mention what these anoying license code refers to. I'm assuming it's refrencing one of my install products but which one ?
why can I find info on these error code that popup every hour or so.

I'm running brigtstor 9.0 and cannot find what error license code 390f .

390f is the BrightStor ARCserve Backup Agent for Open Files for Windows.
You can find these codes in the prod_codes.txt file that is located in the CA_LIC directory
