Just as a word of caution: We tried the Nexic Personal Publisher product and were dissatisfied. Under Groupwise 5.5 there's a hard-coded limit on the number of messages returned to a post office query on a folder.. 4900-odd, as I recall. We wanted to archive folders with more messages than that in them, and the Nexic product won't let you, unless you want a destructive archive, deleting the messages as they are archived off. Admittedly, you probably DO want that, but we didn't, and Nexic's website is ... less than forthcoming .. about their failure to overcome this limitation.
