Hi all. When I try to archive the "personal folders", my problem is the actual "personal folders" and all the created subfolders get archived, but the files in the subfolders do not get archived. Also I've tried checking the box: Include items with "Do Not AutoArchive" checked. Actually tried it by checking the box and unchecking the box. Same result. Any help please

Open your Outlook client. Goto the Tools Menu, choose options. Select the Other tab. Click on the AutoArchive Button. Select the options you want, then click on the "Apply theses settings to all folders now" button. Click OK all the way out of the options. Go to individual folders that you want to exempt and turn off archiving for those folders.
