ARC2000 SAP R/3 Agent E8602 Failed to read... EC=69 Read/Write error..

For my backup (Oracle DB with Arcserve2000 SAP R/3 Agent) i need two tapes, and i get an error when the backup change to the next tape.

The Joblog looks like: E8602 Failed to read from database EC=Backup Agent Error -- (69) "Read /Write error in named pipe/remote file operation"
Only this datafile between the tapes change are not backuped, the further Tablespaces/Datafiles are correctly backuped.
OS: W2K SP5
ARC: 2000 SP3
