Arc2000 NT Client agent will not connect to NT server

Strange things are afoot

I run AS2K AE on NT. I have the client version loaded on all my nt servers but one will no longer accept the domain admin credentials.
So the client thinks I havent given the proper username and password for the NT server, however the credentials are the same for all other NT machines and I have no problems connecting to them and backing them up. SO I uninstall the client restart the machine, and when I try to re-install the client I get a bad username or password error and cant continue with the re-install.
All other NT machines take the username and password except one, So I know the username and password is correct

Any Ideas ?
