Arc Serve 11 Error

Each server has two network addresses. 1 for the main network and one for a GB backbone network to do backups. They are on a 20.20.20.x subnet. We back up through a client agent and we always get this error on both the SQL and Exchange servers:

The Address provided for the target does not match the Host Name. (NAME=\\BIGBANGII, ADDRESS=@20.20.20.4)
N8640
dbasql@MSSQLSERVER Version 11.0 Build 2670 12-12-2003 Microsoft SQL Server 2000

Any suggestions on what to do?

Never seen this before, but ARCserve still does a lot with host files on machines, if you are using static IP-adresses maybe adding machine names and IP-adresses in the host files might help you out
