AR User 5.0 Minimum Sys Requirements?

Can anybody find in black and white what the minimum (and/or recommended) system requirements are for the version 5 AR User and Alert tools? I'm testing these tools on some Windows NT PCs with only 64-MB of RAM. The users are experiencing a lot of "Dr Watson" errors. The tools are running fine on my Windows 2000 128-MB RAM PC. Although the answer to our problem seems obvious to me (Upgrade the operating system and buy some more RAM.), management wants to know what the application's requirements are. I can't go to Peregrine with this question right now because management has let our support contract expire and hasn't renewed it yet. Thanks much...

Minimum Requirements: 128MB of RAM and 120MB disk space required for AR System only. These are just the minimum requirements for running the AR System server. Depending on the size of the applications used on the AR Server and the number of users connecting to it, additional hardware resources is likely to be needed.

AR System server is compiled on 32-bit platforms with compatible 32-bit database connectivity libraries. 64-bit connectivity & execution depends on operating system and database compatibility requirements. Consult your operating system and database vendors for information about compatibility support for 32-bit clients on 64-bit databases and operating systems.

Thanks, Tom. Your response was very helpful -- especially the requirements for the 5.01 Remedy User application.
Would you also be able to get the same type of information for the 5.01 Remedy Alert application? I'm not sure whether Remedy considers that as a separate application or as part of the User application.
And would you be able to get the minimum system requirements for the version 5.0 Remedy User and Alert applications? Sorry to impose...

The Alert tool is integrated with the AR System and shares its compatibility profile.

I cannot find compatibility information on the 5.0 Remedy User product.
