I am looking for a way to set up Accpac ERP 500 to email statements for clients with emails addresses and print the rest of the statement to a printer.

AR Statements HELP

Look at AR Customers, Processing, Delivery Method.
On some reports you have a Delivery Method selection with 2 options: Print Destination and Customer.
If you have setup customers for emailing then reports will be emailed for those customers when you select Customer as the Delivery Method.
