Apricot VS340 Fingerprinting

Does anyone know how to remove fingerprinting from Apricot VS340s?
I have bought a couple from my employers, but the guy that set up the fingerprints in the first place has left. I have 2 pcs with the name of my employer plastered all over the boot screen, and have no idea how to get it off. I have the passwords. I just need the method - can anyone help?
