Apps not starting in Foreground

Hi,

Does anyone know how to start apps in Windows 2k in the foreground. Currently, any app I start opens below all other windows. I'd like it to appear on top of all windows.

Right click on the shortcut icon for the programs in question and click Properties. On the Shortcut tab you should see a part that says Run. make sure that is set to Normal Window and not Minimized.
