Approx 8 Second Button Delay on 9650IP Phones

Dear all

We are on Avaya CM4 and in the process of upgrading to 6.3 the business have been upgrading the cards to the latest firmware versions and just had reported that some of our 9650IP Phones have started developing an 8 second delay when they pick up a phone or press Aux it's as if there is a delay in the process being received

This has currently only affected 4 phones out of 300 but we are getting more

Phones are on 3.17lb software

Has anyone out there seen this
