Approach .jdoc conversion in Windows XP

When trying to convert my database to post to my web page,
I keep getting an error msg "net-it-now unavailable". I used the regularhelp in Lotus, and did everything it said to do, but I still get the same error message.

I would appreciate any help. Thanx

Net-It-Now installs as a printer; is it installed on your system? I believe it's been discontinued and I'm not sure which Approach versions it shipped with. My 9.7 system didn't install it and there's no sign of it on the CD. I think my 9.5 system has it but I can't check at the moment.
