Every time I select the design mode, I am propted with a password request. I cleared out the passwords in User Setup > Approach Preferences and I'm still promted to enter a pasword.

Approach 9.7 password issue

If you only delete the password, Approach will still prompt for a blank password. Delete all the accounts in Team Security. Approach will recreate the four default accounts and you won't need a design password.
