What am I missing? I've created a chart that I would like to use as a template. From Chart Analyzer, I've selected "Save as Template" and I get a message saying that the template has been saved and can be found under 'user defined' in the templates dialog. I can't find ANYTHING that says 'user defined' when I go to Templates and try to apply my saved template. What am I missing?

Thanks in advance!

"User Defined" should appear as an option in the bottom of the Custom tab (as opposed to the Gallery tab). Sorry, I know that's obvious, but I just wanted to point that out in case you somehow missed the tab.

I did more digging, and it appears that there is an issue specific to Seagate Info 7.5.

A registry modification is required.

Actually, there was nothing on the Custom tab - just a blank window. Since editing the registry as directed, I now have all kinds of templates to choose from - including my user defined template!

Thanks for taking the time to respond!
