Apply group policy immediate

Hi,

Is there a possibility to apply a group policy immediatly on a particular workstation ?
I'm running some test and i have to wait every time until the GP's are applied.
I know i could set the Group Policies to be applied every minute or so, but that's not really the solution i'm looking for. It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenious.

I should use the command secedit.
