Appling Formula to Imported Data Values

Using Excel 2002. I have a spreadsheet in which data is imported on a weekly basis. Spreadsheet is basically a 12 month Revenue view. What I would like to do, is for Revenue Lines in a status of "Softbook", apply a percentage to the values of for those rows which have that status.

So data would look like the following as an example:

Status Mar Apr May etc
Softbook 15 10 5
Hardbook 20 12 12

So I want to enter a percentage of 40%, this would change the data (which is imported on a weekly basis) to the following

Status Mar Apr May etc
Softbook 6 4 2
Hardbook 20 12 12

This data is used in a pivot table if there is an alternative doing somethign on the pivot table. Since this is a weekly import, need something which can be done quickly each week.
