Application Server Upload File

Hi


I have a customer looking to change greeting files on an application server running vmpro that have been provided by a recording company. I will try using filezilla for copying the file across. I have been given a wav file , but not
sure what format it should be in before copying into the greetings folder on the linux server.

surly you should have specified this information BEFORE having the wav files created (although I would expect most recording companies to know the required formats for the common PBX's)


Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
