application pool 'DefaultAppPool' - error

hi everyone,
Getting this error message, can't restart services cause the issue arises again:
A process serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool' terminated unexpectedly. The process id was '3704'. The process exit code was '0xc0000005'.

any thought on this?

Sounds like IIS mate - I would suggest posting in the IIS forums.
