Application Error Memorry 0x0000000 "read only"

When i try to run the coded application i get this error on each other computer. I have a network and can connect to this proggie and then it works .. even on my network-master. But when i try to run the application on any other compi i still get this error.

Any help possible?

using pb 8.0.3 on xp, the proggie has no icons or pictures..
