Can someone explain the difference between "ActiveWorkBook.EnableAutoRecover" and "Application.AutoRecover.Enabled"?

I have added a Userform that emulates the Excel Tools/Options/Save tab and I check and uncheck the menu command based on the return from the userform. Everything works fine, I just don't know which value to use to check and uncheck the command because I am not sure of exactly what they do.

PS With the demise of Auto-Save, the Excel 4.0 macro language is finally laid to rest.
