Have you authorised your domain on spaces?
HAve you put your API key and secret into the security settings of the relavent IP Offices?
Follow the guides on the KB for APN, and it will work. Done it a fair few times now.

jamie77: Reading the documentation, I am not really sure what I am missing. I have IX Workplace working outside my LAN via FQDN.
My Domain is registered with Zang and I am able to have the IX Workplace app Pre-Configure with our company email.
