Apple laserwriter 16/600 ps Tray feed issue..

Hi guys,

Hope you can help with this. I have a client who has an Apple LW 16/600 on a Windows 2003 Server. They have 3 trays and when the paper runs out of tray 3 they want it any print jobs to take paper from tray2. However this is not happening and i dont know why!


Any help would be great
