App won't run on server

I have an application that when I remote into the server, I get an unhandled exception has been generated. If I launch the app from my computer browsing to it, it opens just fun. The framework is installed on the server and the app use to work.

I also have a Windows Service on the same server that moves somefiles to another location and processes certain files. It moves the files just fun but won't process the files it is suppose to. It use to do this. Everything runs as it should from my machine. Any ideas as to why it doesn't work on the server ?

sounds like the security and account credentials the app used to run under have changed for that server.

Thanks for responding. The problem resulted from a change in references of 3rd party assemblies. They should have been CopyLocal to True but they weren't. It worked on all our machines because these 3rd party assemblies are in our GAC. Keeping the copy local to true fixed it.
