App Server 8.0.2014 available

When the Q1 maintenance release came out, there was no app server.

There is a version available via the beta support site now, although the regular download site seems down at the moment.

No R7 equivalent yet.

Thanks, that is a newer version then i have from the trials.
So there was a little issue in it.

and FWIW, the regular support site seems back up again... so it's available via the normal links now.

I should restate the beta/regular site thing above. The ftp link is the same regardless of which method you use to get there. The regular support site was AWOL for a bit this morning, it seemed. Both supports sites link to the same ftp/file.

I had problems with the 8.0 apps server, specifically with distributed/Backup VM and the Outlook client.

Works much better in the 8.1 trial version. Plenty of time for them to break it before it goes GA...
