App Builder tranfering call to outside number

I am pretty new to this and am using Application Builder for the first time. I have created a menu, but one of the options needs to be a call transfered to an outside number. How would I go about this?

Several way to do this - I would build a phantom TN in switch that DCFW to number and correct NCOS you want and then in app builder setup a transfer box to that ext

you can try 9plus for a dn, just like any other dn.. depending on your rpl's and the ncos of the agents, that may work. as posted a maxp1 acd ncfw to the dn may defeat the rpl's if you don't want to allow 9 plus.. once you try a path if you get stuck let us know and one of us can post the code if needed
