APP Builder help!!

Hello everyone,

Does anybody know the directory that Application builder uses on the callpilot server to store your greetings and menus? I need to export the recordings already done from the App Builder environment to a BCM - Callpilot environment via a PC. But I do not see the option to export voice items from App Builder. Any suggestions?

i can check my app builder at work tomorrow, i assume it's the same app builder that is used in call pilots for larger switches. there is a forum for bcms

yes, this is on an Option 11C. I have coonected to the interface of the call pilot server but I cannot find any wave files on the hard drive. DO the voice items get stored as another format, like .VBK or something?

vbk should be voice backup. but this is nortel, can you access the file via pc and bring up task manager to see what files you have access to? shooting in the dark as i am at home, i usually test trash before posting, i would also try view source from the html interface, that would have to have any audio files defined with ext.

I am using app builder to do my recordings on a option 11. But I want to use the same recordings on a BCM at another location. Can I export from AppBuilder on Option 11 to Callpilot on BCM?
